At emif 2011, Association Executives from all over Europe  gatheredto learn, network, and to get inspired by each other and the speakers.

Association Programme 2010: “Strategies for Revitalizing your Association”

For the 2010 editiom, EMIF split the Association Programme into four seminar slots; all independently managed by a partner organisation. The four partners for 2010 were: ASAE, Kellen Europe, MCI, HQ Magazine.

It seems that in the past year; all people talked about is the global recession. And rightly so; the economic downturn has certainly taken its toll. Also in the Meetings Industry, its effects are clearly visible.

However, for emif 2010 we said: no more doom and gloom!
We've heard enough of the crisis - it is time to prepare to move forward again.

EMIF's 2010 Associations Programme consisted of a practical toolkit to help strategise for a post-recession era. It featured new approaches to Association Management and leadership; but also new strategies regarding opportunities in Marketing and Membership Benefits.
